This is the running list of open items on TC-20, kept in one place so nothing has to be reconstructed from email threads. Each row names where the item is, what action is required, and who it sits with.
The request is that these are worked and closed before the walkthrough on 2026-10-02, ahead of the 2026-10-20 closing. Where an item cannot be completed before then, a we-owe in the closing documents naming the work and an agreed install date works equally well.
The list updates in place; the issue date in the corner is the version. Use the response column, or reply on the existing email thread — whichever is easier.
